The problem

Distributors were tracking stock across several warehouses in spreadsheets and chat threads. Nobody could say with confidence what was in stock, what was on order or which invoices were still unpaid, and every month-end meant reconciling it all by hand.

What we built

Unityware gives every part of the operation its own module, built on one data model. Products and categories, suppliers and customers, warehouses and stock levels, purchase orders, sales orders, shipments, payments and invoices all share the same records, so a sale reduces stock and raises an invoice without retyping anything.

Phase 1 delivers the full interface: an overview dashboard with sales, orders, customers and low-stock alerts, and searchable, filterable tables for every module, built in Angular with Angular Material. Phase 2 connects it to the backend and analytics.

Key features

  • 01Overview with total sales, orders, active customers and low-stock items
  • 02Products with supplier, category, price, weight and stock levels
  • 03Suppliers and customers with contact details and order history
  • 04Warehouses with location, type, capacity and occupancy
  • 05Stock management with reorder levels and adjustments
  • 06Purchase orders and sales orders with status tracking
  • 07Shipments with carrier, dates and delivery status
  • 08Payments and invoices with due dates and balances
  • 09Employees and departments
  • 10Search, filters, sorting and pagination on every table
