Privacy policy

• Consultation bookings. When you book through our consultation page, your name, email, your answers about the project and the time you pick go to Calendly, which runs our booking calendar. We receive them so we can prepare for the meeting. Until you book, your answers stay in your browser tab only.
• Free website audit. The address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to test the site. We don't keep it.
• Free AI audit. Your answers are scored in your browser and aren't sent to us, unless you choose to carry the results into a consultation booking.
• Technical data. Our hosting providers process IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and, for the current tab only, your progress through our forms. Staff who sign in to manage the site get a sign-in cookie.

To reply to you, prepare for and hold the consultation, and deliver any work we agree on. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Only the services that run this site for us: Calendly (bookings), Google PageSpeed Insights (website audits), Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (security and delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Consultation details are kept for as long as we're talking with you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and the records it requires. Ask us to delete them at any time.
