The problem
Local restaurants wanted delivery without handing a large cut to the big aggregators, but running orders, couriers and payments by phone doesn't scale. Diners expect live tracking and accurate ETAs, and couriers need clear, efficient jobs.
What we built
We built three apps that work as one. Diners browse curated menus filtered by location, cuisine and offers, customise orders, see live pricing and ETA, pay securely and track delivery in real time. Restaurants manage menus, pricing, availability, promotions and payouts from a dashboard, with an order queue that shows prep timers and allergy notes and updates customers automatically.
Couriers get a lightweight app with shift toggles, optimised routing, in-app navigation, pickup and drop-off confirmation with proof of delivery, and earnings summaries. Behind them, a modular PHP REST API enforces auth and roles and runs the catalogue, order lifecycle, payments, notifications and reviews, assigning the best-placed rider to each order. Ratings after every delivery feed back to restaurants and riders.
